This policy explains what data I collect on the nowaodslona.pl website, why, and what rights you have.
1. Who is the data controller

2. What data and why
- Messages and the preview form – first name, company name, website address, phone or e-mail. I use them only to prepare the preview and reply (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Performance of a contract – data needed to conclude and perform a contract and to issue an invoice (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- Statistics – Google Analytics collects data about visits: which subpages you view, how you arrived at the website, your approximate location and type of device. I use it only to improve the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. How long I keep data
Correspondence – until the conversation ends and for a maximum of 12 months afterwards. Data from contracts and invoices – for the period required by tax law.
4. Who I share data with
I don't sell anyone's data. It may be processed only by the service providers I use: hosting and the contact form (Cloudflare), e-mail and statistics (Google), WhatsApp, and an accounting office.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it and object to its processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, the Polish Data Protection Authority).
6. Cookies
The website remembers your chosen light or dark mode in your browser. Google Analytics stores cookies (e.g. _ga) to distinguish between visits. I don't use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
