Short and with no fine print – this is how working together on a website works.
1. Preview before you decide
Based on your current website, I prepare a free preview of your new website. Viewing the preview doesn't commit you to anything.
2. Price
Prices from the price list on the day of the order apply. The price is fixed – the amount in the quote is the amount on the invoice. I quote any work outside the price list in writing before I start it.
3. Payment
- One-off – after approving the design, before the website is published.
- Subscription – 0 zł upfront and 24 monthly instalments including hosting and the domain. The website becomes yours after the last instalment. If payment is more than 30 days overdue, the website may be taken offline until the payment is settled.
4. Revisions and deadlines
Every package includes two rounds of revisions. I usually publish Start and Business packages within 7 business days of approval and receipt of materials. The deadline for the Premium package is agreed individually.
5. Ownership
Once paid, you receive the website files and the rights to use it. The domain is registered in your name.
6. Lifetime guarantee
If something I built stops working the way it did on the day the website was handed over – I'll fix it free of charge. The guarantee does not cover content and changes you make yourself (including via AI), or changes on the side of third-party services.
7. Add-ons
You can order add-ons at any time at list price. When upgrading to a higher package, you pay the difference. The “Manage your website by voice with AI” add-on has a fee of 99 zł per month, with a minimum term of 12 months.
